Sonoma Terrace apartments sell for $15M
Colliers International in Greater Phoenix completed the sale of the Sonoma Terrace apartments at 5220 W. Northern Ave., in Glendale, Arizona, for $15.35 million or approximately $59,038 per unit. The buyer was Phoenix-based 3rd Ave Investments, a real estate investment and management firm specializing in Arizona multifamily assets.

Patio 15 was constructed in two phases during 1968 and 1969, followed by an extensive remodel in 2015. The 15-building community offers 62 units totaling 49,300 square feet.
